Horrific Internet Services

We are a company who has a contract with Neotel, we use them to supply a service of providing proper internet to the 32 incubatees within our company. However this is not the case with Neotel, the service provided from them is appalling and shocking. We have called them on several occasions to assist with the problem experienced within the company that the internet lines are extremely slow and half the time it is down. No one bothers to call us back or come out to sort the problem, no feedback is provided, our complaint is just put to the side and not attended to. This has led to frustration within the company that the 32 incubatees have now just got their own wireless devices just so that they can get work done without the internet freezing every few min, or going down for countless hours. this should not be the case as we pay for a service that should be in working order and if there should be a problem it will be attended to with immediate response. But this is just not happening, Neotel has done nothing thus far to fix this over the months of complaints and calls made to them. We have switched providers from Telkom to Neotel hoping that we will get a better deal and service.
