Horrible customer service

<p>Been phoning neotel for the past week now regarding a problem with my Internet speed , they keep telling me to trouble shoot and reboot which I did so much times, I ask them to send out a technician to come sort this issue out they keep giving me long stories and keep telling me trouble shooting and reboot which isn't working , they not willing to help there customers and send out technical support fix the issue , they are by definition the worst Internet provider </p>
