Handover Instruction for account I am not even responsible for...

I recently received an email from NuDebt that a handover instruction has been received for accounts that are outstanding with Neotel.

Now my issue with this is the fact that they are trying to hold me responsible for outstanding accounts that happened after my resignation as a director at a company that the line is for. I have no access or responsibility for this account, yet I am the one being hounded for amounts that were not paid for by the delinquent director of the company (after my resignation).

NEOTEL has still not bothered to respond to any of my numerous emails and their billing department always seem to 'lose connection' when calling them i.e they just put the phone down in my ear.

Absolutely **** and pathetic!! Your better sort this out as my credit score is now being threatened!!!
