Handing debt over for money not owed

I cancelled account in 2016. They were very unhelpful. They told me I don't need to return any devices.. fast forward nudebt has been threatening me due to the antennae not being returned. I don't have access to the property anymore. I went in and handed in the router and am still being harassed by Nudebt. Nobody seems to be able to help me.
