Handed over after cancelling package???

I cancelled my package a while back and apparently I have now been handed over.<br> <br> I would like to point out that no one ever tried sending me letters, attempted to contacted me via phone or the likes.<br> <br> Handing a person over for such a ridiculous amount (R500) when you have my cellphone number I find absurd and beyond disappointing and pathetic.<br> <br> You also have email my address and I find it beyond comprehension that no one had the initiative to send me an email.<br> <br> I would suggest Neotel remove the adverse from my name otherwise I will be taking the matter further since this was clearly not done according to legislation. (I work in debt collecting and being a Branch Manager of a credit provider I know the processes.)<br> <br> When I cancelled my contract you guys still deducted an amount from my account. Why not the rest? Why not the decent approach to contact me IF there was an outstanding amount?<br> <br> I have contacted you via the call centre and email now.
