Grossly ***********. Incapable of cancelling our line for 5 months.

<p>We've been fighting with Neotel now since October to cancel our line. Despite following all of the correct processes, and obtaining multiple reference numbers and receiving PROMISES from at least 3 people that it would be resolved, we have now received a collection letter from a debt collector. </p> <p> </p> <p>We've said repeatedly that we would pay the account once they had corrected it, which they AGREED multiple times, but still they haven't corrected it and still send us statements for the wrong balance!! I cannot stress enough how grossly imcompetent this entire company is. I've had nothing but problems the entire time I've been with them, and now they can't even cancel the line as agreed (which I'm fairly certain is *******). Please please please, if you're reading this review, do not go with Neotel! ANYONE else is better</p>
