Great when it works - absolutely no backup when it doesn't!!

<p>With the lack of Telkom lines, my only option was to go the Neotel route for data. I logged a call on the 8th February as my data would come and go from zero connection to speeds as low as 0.02 mbps - almost too slow for a speed test. I cannot tell you how many times I did the 'troubleshoot' thing with their technical department to no avail, only to be told that they would send a technician to re-align the antennae on the roof. Once a technician did phone and promised to come on the Monday - I assured him there was someone at my house all the time - he never arrived. I've emailed them, left messages on their call back option, spoken to their staff and yet I'm back to begging and pleading and crying from frustration and still no one seems to listen.</p>
