Great service from three different agents

My wifi router recently reset and I needed urgent assistance to get it back up again. Needless to say I was not optimistic as the Facebook/Hellopeter pages were littered with compliants regarding non service. Wow, was I wrong!<br> Facebook admin: This person was fantastic. I logged the problem on Facebook in the evening and got a very prompt response this morning, which included getting more information for me, following up as well as logging a call on my behalf. Very friendly, very efficient, very calming for a panicky customer.<br> Innocentia: Works at your call centre. Her clock off time was 17:00 but she was more than willing to continue helping me after that time, despite having spent 90 minutes trying to help me before. This lady knows her work, she is friendly and super patient, as much of the things she needed me to do invlived runnign between my router and PC.<br> Simpisiwe: Not entire sure of his name, Again an awesome guy who took over from Innocentia, did his absolute best and when the wifi still did not work, logged a call on my behalf.<br> Marius:Technician that came out and finally fixed the problem, awesome guy thats friendly and fast and on time.<br> Thanks Neotel!
