Gravity in Motion Pathetic Service!!

On the 23rd of March i contacted Neotel to find out about possible phone options for my growing business. Within minutes a representative Wayne Furlong from Gravity in Motion was at my premises and sold me 2 wireless phones, I was very impressed by this sense of urgency and immediately believed that I had made the right choice. Wayne promised that i would have both phones the following day and be up and running immediately. The next day only one phone was delivered as phones were apparently out of stock - which i understood. Wayne also mentioned that regarding airtime, I could just transfer money to him instead of physically going to purchase and he would credit phones immediately. I transferred this airtime amount to Gravity in Motion on 24th Feb. Its just been an uphill battle since then. It is now the 9th March and after several reminder emails to Wayne (Begging) my phones have still not been credited. This has had a major impact on my business and i am totally not impressed. Neotel, please do various checks to ensure that your independent contractors deliver a good service as this is a reflection on your company. I would not recommend Gravity in Motion to anyone!!!
