I was called by Janine Smith who offered a free upgrade which would be saving me money and I agreed to a visit by the Rep. Henry reported to me the next day and we had everything signed within half an hour. I now have exactly double the benefits of my previous contract for R10 less per month! The equipment was delivered on time and the call centre (Evans) was very effective in transferring my old number to the new sim etc. In the meanwhile I have been in constant E-mail conversation with Janine and I am amazed - she answers every Email within minutes! Winning Team and Neotel should commend these people!
