Free relocation - one big hoax

We contacted Neotel to query procedures for relocation.

They informed us we should log the call 7 days prior and we will not pay any relocation fees.

When logging the call 7 days prior then suddenly we were not in a coverage area and every call I made over a period of about 3 days I was promises that a supervisor will call me back.

After the last call I insisted and got through to a consultant.

He confirmed that we were indeed in a coverage area - and that their systems had not been updated that is why the consultants could not verify the coverage in my new area... But how on earth did the consultant tell me a month prior we were in a a coverage area?

Now because of their incompetence it has been 2 months since we moved and NOW they want to charge me relocation....

This is unacceptable. Then I get through to a consultant who gives me her email address - which does not even work by the way - and I am now waiting for yet another supervisor to call me...

Do not believe Neotel when they tell you that the relocation is free of charge.

Good afternoon,
My account number is R ********** 51.
Please note that I've sent emails to the consumers email address as well as a consultant named Mirriam.
To date NO ONE has made contact with me, even though I've had promises that a Manager or Supervisor would call me back.
