********** Activity at Neotel

<p>Neotel supports *****!! My wife was sold a promotion with free phones included. When she was billed a device fee and queried it Neotel call center agents were extremely arrogant and insisted that it was free as it is included in the monthly fee. This was asked specifically when they sold her the package and they said the phones were free. We also informed them that we did not sign the contract they were referring to and asked for a original copy with signature. We were send a copy of a contract with a very poor attempt to forge her signature. We immediate asked to speak to senior management about this ********** activity. The call center agent has simply refused to even acknowledge the question about reporting the ***** and was extremely unhelpful. Now in addition to the several weeks we have been battling with Neotel about the billing we now have to take time out of our day to open a case at SAPS about their ********** activities. Absolutely shocking behaviour</p>
