I recently found out that i have a Neotel account that was **********ly open under my name , sinc e I lost my ID book in October 2013. I immediately contacted Neotel on the 25th September and spoke to Thabang who advised to send an e-mail to through with an affidavit , wich i did on the same day. I was given this reference number FCR***. I have not heard anything from Neotel since then, no one has contacted me or receive any update. I would really appreciate if someone can update me on this matter.
