***** Case against Neotel

<p>Hi </p> <p> </p> <p>For the past 2 years we have been billed for number that have been added onto my contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have been corresponding with neotel since then and its always the same story, "they will get back to us" and we have to wait 20 working days for a response. i have been told that higher authourity do not take calls or customer requests, i always talking to different consultants who give us the same response as the previous one. </p> <p> </p> <p>i have requested on several occasions of the contacts which i signed with Neotel and nothing comes from it.</p> <p> </p> <p>i finally lodged a ***** case against Neotel, according to neotel 6 months later was its not a ***** case. with no invetigation, no reports, no feedback </p> <p> </p> <p>i am still being billed for those numbers that was added on with out my concent up to and including decmeber 2016</p> <p> </p> <p>Neotel owes me R15000 </p> <p> </p> <p>i need to speak to someone very soon and need help.</p> <p> </p> <p>HELP !!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
