I did not open an account with Neotel. Date 14 September 2012 i called neotel about the account that is not my account, neoteol consultant told me that i have to go to the police station for an sworn affidavit.I manage to go to police station to write the affidavit faxed it back to neotel.Last year when i tried to open an account with vodacom, they said i'm blacklisted then i call transunion about that issue and ITS consultant told me that i have to open a dispute, the neotel account was investigated and the account was removed on my profile.Then i open a dispute with neotel last year the consultant told me to send an email to consumer service with my three month bank statement, i did so but neotel still says this is my account. This year 19 January 2015 i manage to drive to neotel office in midrand and try to get a letter from neotel that this account is been cleared under my name the consultant told me to open a dispute again i did so, but they didn't reply and end up calling neotel they did not investigate my case still they are saying its my account.On the 19 January 2015 the consultant said to me i'm must give her copy of residence address, id, three bank statement and affida
