Five years later and they told me I do not own the router I been paying for.

<p>I have been with neotel from the start but five years later when the internet speeds dropped and I was told there was no one to come out to come and see what the issue I had cancelled my contract. I been months with out working internet and each time I was told that there no one to come out and see what the issue, I decided to give my notice to which I had to.pay a cancellation fee which I did. On the 23rd of decmeber I was told they coming to collect the router as it was not mine even thou I was paying a higher fee for the modem. I had to give it back, really no proof that it said in the contract that neo tel owns the router when I asked why I was told my contract is not over but I have the exact same contract for over 4 years now. </p> <p> </p> <p>No no proof was given I was told to take it out and they will collect. I want answers </p>
