FED UP AND OUT OF ANSERWS

I have tried since 11/2017 to solve my account with Neotel. They say i o them money and even with sending them my payments ,amounts and dated's , the only return answer i got was the same. You o us money for out standing billing. they handed me over to Nedebt for collections and I prove my case to Nedebt that is now referring me back to Neotel. Still Neotel is adamant that I o them money. i have been passed from post to pillar and still i can not get a resolve. most of my calls ended up in a transfer to some one , supervisor / manager, and then the call just go to voice mail or die. Clearly it shows incompetence and a lack of professionalism. so the big quest stay HOW DO I RESOLVE MY ALLEGE DEBT TO THEM IF YOU CAN NOT TALK TO ANY ONE THAT CAN MAKE A DECISION.
