Faulty Accounting

HI<br> <br> From the first invoice the amount invoiced was incorrect this was promised over and over to be corrected. Then we were charged interest on the mistake that Neotel made. Eventually we just gave up and paid for the error and the outstanding interest. This was not allocated against the account interest and we still being charged interest on the interest even though it has been paid. Please fix your mess.
