False advertising

I sent a contact request to Neotel on approx 11/6/2015. I was contacted by Omar Hoosen from Redwill, who was very helpfull. I was looking for a pre paid devise. He checked stock and referred e to the Fourways branch, My son drove there from Roodepoort and was met by the most unhelpful lady with the worst attitude. In short he was told that the stock is only for Customers who purchase contracts.That is NOT what they advertising. I sent an email to Omar who notified me that i not the case and he apologized for the poor and untrue service, He escalated this to Andisiwe Ralarala. Andisiwe called me and promised to call me back 1 few minutes later.... 24 hours later I again contacted Omar who then again got Andisiwe to call me bak with a reply that he was looking for stock, but that i could pay and a devise would be delivered 3 days later. I explained that this was now a week later. On Friday I got a call from a Quinton who claimed he was told to contact me and sell a contract to me To date Ihave not been contaced afain and my query is still not resolved
