Failure to correct contactdetails

<p>I left Neotel internet subscription in December 2016 and have since been receiving a statement belonging to MrNithianandan Soobramoney (Service Number ********** 729). I have repeatedly requested that Neotel update the contact details for the new subscriber as i am receiving his internet usage stats to my email account. My requests have fallen on death ears and monthly I am receiving someone elses statement and account details. They must be in breach of privacy laws by communicating a subscriber's account details to someone else. Very poor of Neotel not to address the issue......</p>
