failure from receiving response from Neotel

Hi

i have been using Neotel for the past 5 years now, and i never had an issue (if i did it was Minor and with in control).

so this year in September i moved to another area in chatsworth, and I've noticed that i do not having reception and it was showing a x sign on the neotel phone.

so i decided to call the call centre for Neotel and they said that i must take my phone to the nearest branch. and that's in umhlanga. so i took it to them and the technician said he cannot help me and checked if my area was covered. and on they system it showed that it was covered. and he told me i need to phone the call centre, than he lodged in a complaint.

and they did phone me within 2 days (the phone is registed on my finace name so they phoned him). and they said they will call him back because they have to come check the site where the connection is. etc

and after that i never heard from the Netoel guys
