Extra item I did not order!

I contacted Neotel at Cedar Square because I wanted to sign up for the Neoflex 10GIG R199PM. I dealt with Mbila. I emailed her the order and when I opened the box at home there was a phone in the box with my Wifi Router. I called the 0860 customer service number to check that this was correct and if the phone is included on the R199pm deal. They assured me that it was. Today I called the 0860 number to check when my debit order will go off and what the amount is and they told mr R757! I asked why and they saids I also had a contract for a Neotel 200 phone. I didnt ask for this, and now I'm being charged for it! I even went back to check my emails to Charmaine and there is NOTHING about a phone at all. I specifically said I want the R199 deal.<br>
