Expired Dedt

While in the process of purchasing a house it came to light that there was an alleged expire debt from 2009 from Neotel. On various occasions the company was contacted and I spoke to Mpo and Petunia from there accounts department. No response was received to resolve this situation. They just said they can't find it. Every time I ask to speak to a manager I was denied. I also spoke to there legal department, to Linda Mtotshwa who assured me that there was nothing on there system. If this company doesn't respond and remove this from my record in the next 5 days and issue a letter of apology and acknowledgement that this allege debt have been removed from my itc record I will force to take legal action against this company.
