Exceptional service

After struggling with connectivity issues for a while, I decided to give Neotel a call and try their Wireless Broadband offering. I phoned them on Thursday morning, and by Friday afternoon at 17:00 I was connected to their network and enjoying pure internet bliss. Koketso Mphahlele did a great job in expediting this process and the installation team were very efficient and helpful. They managed to install the antenna and modem in record time. The connection itself is far superior to the terrestrial connection we used before and I am a very happy customer.
