EMPTY PROMISES YET AGAIN FROM NEOTEL

Last week, and the week before, and the week before that I wrote complaining about poor service from Neotel and on each occasion received, what appeared to be, a committed response from them that would resolve my query. <br> <br> Absolutely nothing has happened and I realise now what a joke they are making out of my complaint as well as this website!!<br> <br> Well done Neotel for making a disgruntled customer and ex-customer .... you and your bad customer service team deserve the wooden s**** award for under-delivery!!!!!
