Emailing,calling and no answer after being on hold

I have tried to contact neotel three times and been put on hold for more than half an hour at a time and then the call gets cut.<br> I have sent numerous emails, no reply.<br> Trying to get hold of them to cancel my service, maybe that why they don't respond to any of my emails.<br> Pretty sure the customer service cant be much better if this is the problem I'm having getting hold of them.<br> Very frustrated!!!
