Email Migration Nightmare and Call Centre!!!!

I've been using Neotel Mail since 2009 with no issues and suddenly I couldn't log in. Firstly no communication was sent to be regarding the migration and lastly the call centre is useless. The phone rings non-stop with no answer and after getting through to Nthabiseng I was told she needs to log a call with another team so they can reset my password. She made me wait as she was geniously generating the REF for minutes until our call was cut off. I use this email for business can someone urgently resolve and hopefully I haven't lost my emails.<br> <br> This is bad service and unprofessional. There should atleast be a number where we can call someone who can assist you than having to come here and complain!!!
