Don't depend on Neotel for integrity or ethics
I bought Neotel phone in 2009 from agent without a contract. I was not informed that my \deal"was valid for 2 years.I continued using the phone and installed a Poynting aerial as the signal seemed to be deteriorating. This was on the advice of Neotel"
