Does no-one know what a statement of account is?
I have requested on numerous occasions a reconciliation statement of my account with this company.<br> All they send is an invoice with the outstanding amount and say this is the statement. <br> THE DOCUMENT IS PRINTED CLEARLY INVOICE<br> Maybe Hello Peter can help
