Do Not Use Neotel - No Service

I am having the worst experience with Neotel and i suggest you stay away from them.<br> <br> I app**** for a Business Wifi installation over a month ago, i was told a technician will be on site the week after, no technician showed up, i called in the week after, they then said the technician is aware of it and will be on site in the next couple of days. No technician that week either.<br> <br> I called in again and was advised the installers are aware of the installation, i then asked for the installers direct number and i called them, they advised me they haven't been doing any installations for Neotel for the last three weeks.<br> <br> I then called in to speak to the manager and he advised he would put me on the priorities list and someone will come out the following week.<br> <br> The following week still nobody shows up, called in again and he said they are having issues with the installers i will be notified when the technician comes out.<br> <br> I called in numerous times and sent multiple e-mails.<br> <br> Today i am still waiting and who knows when they will ever come out.<br> <br> Don't waste your time with these guys.
