Do not trust Neotel!!!

We were with Neotel for almost 3 year and I had not a single issue infact I sent a lot of people to them. However, the day we moved and had to cancel, due to the fact that we were moving things changes. First, it was a huge fight to cancel then they came 4 days early to pick up the equipment leaving us without internet. Then they billed us for 2.5 weeks even thought we had not internet, seeing as they took everything. This is also after we paid a cancellation fee. When I asked about it they said I agreed to pay, which I never did. I agreed to pay the canceling fee but NEVER to pay for a service that I did not and COULD not receive. It is shocking and just sad to ***** from loyal customers. I am not telling people to NEVER go to Neotel.
