Disgusting service from Neotel along with *****

<p>In November last year I took a business phone with Neotel and on the first month of the deduction i was double debitted with 2 different reference numbers i did not pay attention as I thought its normal on the 2nd month the same thing happened I then called Neotel and was informed that they were not aware of the double debit to which I gave them the reference number and it was confirmed that a wrong account was additionally added to my account and they sent me form for ***** to fill in which I did.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 8 Feb I was informed that this matter has been sent to the creditors department to credit me back as per below: </p> <p><strong>Good day Betty Lekgetho</strong></p> <p><strong>Account number: R ********** 43</strong></p> <p><strong>Reference number: SREQ_ ********** 30</strong></p> <p><strong>Query type: Account Query</strong></p> <p><strong>Thank you for your e-mail.</strong></p> <p><strong>Kindly be advised that your inquiry has been received and we have noticed that your banking details were incorrectly added into someone's account however we have requested a credit on your account. The amounts that were debited into your bank account will be credited back into your account.</strong></p> <p><strong>We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>the next week I called only to be sent from pillar to post and being told stories , I was then told that I should ignore the million references I received and use the one above SREQ_ ********** 30 accordig to the agent that helped me two weeks back the refund was supposed to be done over a week ago up to now no refund and no communications from Neotel plus my phone is now not working it has no network service on it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone please contact me asap</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards </p> <p>Betty Lekgetho </p> <p> ********** </p>
