Disgusting service

<p>I ahve 2 lines with NEotel and both of them are not working. At first I thought it was the network but it was strange because they worked and at the same spot.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then I went to Neotel Cedar Square Branch to find out they are closed anf the security guard told me that all their branches have closed down. It is upsetting because they have few branches and one has to drive a distance to get to that one branch and they are closed yet they did not communicate to their customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then called the call centre from my cellphone and got the worst service ever. The first agent i spoke to told me I'm at the wrong place and just put me through another department and the other person was just not there, kept on putting me on hold and 15 minutes later I am told that my line has expired, when I asked why werent we told about this or even why did it expire he put me on hold again only to come to tell me that he has logged a query and they will get back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I asked about the other line, he told me that he doesnt see anything.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
