Disappointed in Neotel, Never again!!!!

Calling Neotel is a nightmare , no one answers the phones or you are forced to send an email while you want to speak to someone....what an inconvenience. Both numbers on the website do not work, i have been calling in to try and get assisted, with no luck. Neotel, sent us sms's to port out to avoid loosing our numbers but they are not answering their phones. Very unprofessional if you as me, no longer cares about their client or at least the reamin clients that need to port out
