Did not accept a contract but still ruin my ITC

Was offered internet on trial period. To cut story short, it never worked so requested it to be cancelled as consultant told me trial period. After a long battle and a trip to Hello Peter last time it was sorted. Call recordings were listened to and it was confirmed that the Consultant did indeed say i was not bound to a contract as it was a trial period first.<br> Now months later, i get declined at Wesbank on my finance. Why??? Because Neotel listed me as a bad payer!!! How can i be a bad payer to Neotel when there never even was a contract between us?? That contract was reversed as I NEVER EVER AGREED to a contract!! Now this whole ordeal just comes back to haunt me once again! How can you list me on ITC when i am not even one of your clients nor have a contract in place with you???<br> I wish i had never agreed to allowing Neotel the experience to try out their service as its ruining my life!!!<br> I want this sorted and your listing removed from my ITC.<br> When will this whole ordeal ever be resolved? I thought that it was all sorted last time but its back again and this time its doing more damage than incorrect amounts debited.<br> PLEASE ASSIST AND UPDATE MY ITC!!!!
