Data Speeds Worse Than Dial Up In The 90s!!!!!!

Let me start of by saying that when I first took the Neotel Data and Voice service, it was the best thing since sliced bread. The voice is still fine, however the Data speeds are worse than the dial up speeds that we had in the 80's. I'm quite disappointed that the performance of the speeds are so terrible. I use both the W80 router and EC315 data stick. Both speed levels are now quite dismal. I have called the call centre on numerous times to be told to tweak this and that and that they were increasing the speeds from their side. I think that this is a lie and there is a problem with the network, I have other friends who are using the data in other areas and are also complaining. What is the TRUTH!!! Stop making feeble excuses. I'm so frustrated now that I feel like throwing these devices out and getting another network. Data with Neotel is no doubt cheap, seems like the network is gone cheap as well. I'm on the verge of changing unless something drastic is done.
