Customer service is unreachable

<p>I have a query with Neotel regarding my account. I cannot get hold of them via their call center number. After being on hold for 30 minutes last Friday and 30 minutes this morning, I just gave up. I created an account on their web site and submitted a request this morning along with 2 emails to them at 10AM but still no response. </p> <p>Can someone at Neotel contact me? My account number is R ********** 95</p>
