Could Neotel be any more incompitent???

I took out a Neotel service contract at the end of February, and I regret doing so-I hsave had nothing but problems. Before I took out the contract, I made the sales consultant check if there was signal coverage in my neighbourhood, and he confirmed that there was. The device was delivered a few days late, and then only after I complained on Facebook and Hello Peter. I could hardly log onto the internet using my Neotel Modem, so I called Neotel’s technical department, who established that the modem was indeed working, and advised me to go into a Neotel shop for further assistance, which I did. On the 14th of March, I arrived at the Ceder Square branch of Neotel. After doing tests, the consultant established that the problem was that there was no signal at my house, and advised me to cancel the contract, at no cost to me. After this, I got various smses from Neotel, saying that I owe money. After causing a fuss, I got hold of your Executive Escalations Consultant, who sent me a breakdown of my internet usage. There was no way that I could have used the amount of data specified and I complained to him. His response was that he would get it looked into. A few days later i received the following response-Please be informed that the investigations are complete and we have raised a credit note to clear all billing on the account. This has been submitted to Finance for approval and once passed, it will be app**** to the Neotel Account. We have also instructed our collections agency to cease communications on this account, as there is a pending credit note to be app**** which will resolve the issues completely. He further said that he was not allowed to have any further contact with me, and completely ignored my request for proof of the above. I thought that everything had been resolved, when I got an sms from my bank stating that R490 had been taken off my account, This would equate to 2.5 months’ worth of usage. I demand that you refund the money to me ASAP, and that you send me a letter as proof that I don’t owe your company anything!!
