Contractor claiming to lay cable for NEOTEL did not replace BRICK paving more than 2 MONTHS later

<p>Between 2 and 3 months ago some contractors dug up the area in front of my house. I won't comment on the mess ups they made but will focus on the issue at hand. They promised to replace my brick paving in 2 days. More than 2 months have passed and they have disappeared. The only sign of them is a roll of the tubing they were installing underground which I hope will lead me to them. I spoke to different people and got different answers about who they are working for. The 3 service providers that were mentioned were Telkom, Vodacom and Neotel. I am therefore going to tackle all three service providers as I have no clue who the work was done for. The area in question is Plymouth Road, Allandale, Pietermaritzburg, 3201. The details on the roll of tubing include the following information - EX MAR 04 Leader Optec Rockwood Business Park 3610 KZN SA, Reel No - EX ********** 6, Cable No - ********** 051 Year 2016/02 ORDER NO - TR010874. Since Neotel was one of the companies the workers mentioned it is up to NEOTEL to let me know whether they are the culprits or not. I want my driveway sorted out asap. Failure to get a response will result in action from me.</p>
