Contract terminated by Neotel after a dismal 3 month period due to no signal ... refund promised ... STILL WAITING

<p>After a pathetic service connection, an antennae was sent .. technicians struggled to get anything .. a guy by the name if Tyrone at Neotel said they would be taking the system back and refunding me my money because I have no signal to speak of ... TO DATE I am STILL WAITING for the courtesy of a response from a lady named LALYAIN ABRAHAMS who said that she had sorted everything out!?</p> <p> </p> <p>WHAT is wrong with this company? Is it in Neotels nature to sign people up for a service, lie to them and ***** their money?</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE can someone tell me when my refund will be paid back to me as promised for a service that was never given to me???? I would appreciate an EMAIL as I teach all day!!!!!</p>
