Continued debit order after 6 moths termination of contract
Neotel has really abused my account by keep debiting an amount of R731 each month although my contract was terminated 6 month ago. This is theft . They carried on debiting my account; the last one being on the Sunday on the 31/12/2017 in the morning at 7:18 am and I couldn't reverse it as it was a long weekend . I phoned Neotel H/O and they told me that my account was just R100 that i needed to pay but they keep debiting my account R731 each month. THIS NEED TO BE RESOLVE ASAP. That's THEFT DAY LIGHT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
