CON ARTISTS

I am being billed by neotel for a service I neither use nor app**** for. After 8 emails and 20 phone calls the only thing I received in return are reference numbers for the call. I was told to go into the neotel branch shop 13 cresta mall which I did ... worst experience ever. Now I'm told I need to pay the fees as well as a cancellation fee ... and apply for a credit what nonsense. All this for a mistake on their side. To top it all im now being harassed by nu debt for falling to pay my 'unknown' neotel account. I still waiting for an email as promised by MMAMY from neotel customer service as proof all will be cleared from my name. Talk of fighting a loosing battle.
