' CON ARTIST ' follow up '

It's been almost a month since my first review of neotel and 4 months in total ... But still no solution. Not contact whatsoever by telephone or email as promised in their previous responses on hellopeter. My bill has now escalated to over R2000 all for a service I neither app**** for nor use. Seems they have more people to harass ' non clients ' instead of staff in place to sort out a mess they created. PATHETIC !!! My contact details ********** 456 **********
