Complaint - Falls on deaf ears - Neotel Bad service

<p>I am extremely annoyed with Neotel. I have taken a uncapped, unshaped, unthrottled service from Neotel. I received that for 6 months. Now I have to frequently call their offices to complain about my speeds. I am locked into a 24month contract and Im receiving very poor speeds and service. They are not honouring their side of the contract. R999/month is not pennies. The least they can do is honour the contract. Absolute *******. Still awaiting someone to remedy the problem. Ombadsman is next up. </p>
