Company cannot provide constant internet service

To all who are been lead around by the nose and those thinking of signing up with Neotel, please stay away, as this is nothing but a dying horse giving it's last kicks as the service levels are nothing short of pathetic. Our business has been without internet since last Wednesday, have had so called technicians around twice from a company contracted to the se goons by the name of \LastMile Technologies\", what a bunch of clowns. This whole company was banking on Vodacom taking it over, and when Vodacom saw the **** that this entity is in, no wonder it walked away from the deal. I have phoned no less than six times today, all senior management is off, and the CEO is suspended, you get somebody on the switch board that knows nothing, every number is tried, and then you come out at some idiot that needs to follow protocol, and wants to put me through to \"Technical Department\" who have been unable to help us for more than a week already. all you can tell these people is that they can stick there **** up there ass, as you will get no where with a donkey. NEOTEL YOU ARE THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE COUNTRY. It comes from India, so must be from the Guptas."
