Cant cancell lines

<p>They are so bad, they don’t even deserve 1 star. I have tried cancelling numbers for our company for the past 6 months, and no joy. I have emailed the customer care, the retentions. I’ve phoned. I’ve got so many reference numbers, and everyone saying it will be resolved. We are being charged R700 a month for 7 lines I requested to cancel in August already. There is a line I’m still battling to cancel from 2015.</p> <p>I don’t think anyone nows what is going on. They are a bunch of *******.</p>
