cant cancel contract- owed monies and handed over me!!!!

<p>My wife and I took a neotel contract out- and due to never having coverage i decided to cancel- even after allowing neotel so send a technician which never came- then come september 2016 - cancelled the contract and they confirmed so and i have the correpondence on email- was advised no termination cost aswell, come october november and i was debited- when i called in i was assisted by Khangelwa Nkalweni who advised account terminated and would requested for my refund of 2 debited then the next month december i recieve a new bill of R1585.77 for termination and for subscription which was cancelled already- when i called in again Althaf Majeed assisted and confirmed also acc terminated and the bank details would be removed off account and cancelled- i informed i will put a stop on the payment and reverse myself and was informed would have to wait for a januarty ticket to have all this rectified as Finance dept was closed-come February i have recieved a new bill again saying i owe R1834.77 and spoke to Elizabeth Maphanga 07/02/2017 adv adv again logging for a ticket to rectify as she sees account closed...further to this i get a message saysig im handed over to NU debt Management and they callling for payment- when yet Neotel is owing me- this needs to be resolved asap- or the matter will be taken up to ICASA as can never take over 4 months to resolve simple stuff- ref numbers given have been SREQ_ ********** 09 and SREQ_ ********** 47 and SREQ_ ********** 71 and SREQ_ ********** 07 all they say will be reolved in 7 days but nothing in over 4 months- account number R ********** 17</p>
