Cannot honour their agreement
<p>Once again, I am forced to highlight my dissatisfaction with Neotel. Paying a small fortune for a Neotel 4mbs line. I dont miss a payment and they cannot adhere to their agreement. A 4mbs line is what Im paying for. I cannot receive more than 2mbs. Please explain why I need to do this every 2-3 months. I am more than angry to say the least. R ********** 20</p>
