Cannot fix internet connection

<p>When we woke up our wifi was down. There was no internet connection. Outside radio is down. I'm running my business and security systems over wifi. They can only help in 48 hours time. My business and security is at risk and no one can help. On the phone for 38 minutes at my cost and transferred between to agents. R ********** 13</p>
