Cancel my contract!!!

<p>In August, I requested to cancel my contract telephonically and I emailed a termination letter to ********** I have sent numerous emails to follow up and I phoned customer service, as recently as today, with no success. My contract has still not been cancelled as you have continued to debit my bank account. When I phone, no one can assist me and I am told that my request will be sent to the retention department. It's four months down the line and nothing has happened. Your cutomer service is shocking! I would not recommend your product to possible future customers!</p>
